Part-Time Floral Assistant / Customer Service

Job Summary

We’re looking for part-timers to join our floral team on retail or events! 📍

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers to provide friendly and helpful service
• Sell ready-made bouquets by explaining product features and helping customers choose
• Maintain a tidy and presentable shop environment to enhance customer experience
• Support florists by preparing flowers and performing basic conditioning tasks daily
• Pack flowers and props carefully and attentively during on-site events to ensure safe transport
• Adapt to flexible working hours with a minimum shift of 4 hours
• Travel to various event locations as required to assist with on-site florist duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic flower knowledge to support preparation and customer interactions
• Clear and friendly communication skills to engage with customers comfortably
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility in handling flowers and shop tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail and event environment
