Since September 2008, Delcie’s has been the leading healthy bakery in Singapore serving cakes to health conscious customers, ladies on diet, people with eggs, dairy, soy, wheat and/or nuts allergies, diabetics, vegans and vegetarians.

Our cakes have been featured in all various media, TV, newspaper, magazines, radio and star blogger’s blogs who raved about the goodness of our cakes despite the lack of such “important” ingredients in our cake baking process.

We are also awarded the “Healthier Choice Bakery” by Singapore Health Promotion Board since Year 2011.

Job Summary

You will participate in baking, decorating, and kitchen tasks to produce vegan, allergy-free, and diabetic-friendly cakes and pastries. You will assist in managing production schedules and fulfilling orders while maintaining high hygiene standards and collaborating closely with the retail team to meet customer dietary needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries and cakes that meet vegan, allergy-free, and diabetic-friendly dietary requirements following strict SOP operational guidelines
  • Decorate baked goods with creative input to align with current style and design trends
  • Assist in managing the production schedule and fulfill orders accurately at the Chin Swee (Chinatown MRT) cold kitchen
  • Maintain the highest hygiene levels in the kitchen to ensure food safety and customer peace of mind
  • Communicate effectively with the retail department to understand production needs and customer preferences
  • Collaborate openly with team members to achieve efficient workflow and support a culture of teamwork and integrity
  • Follow SOPs precisely to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with dietary restrictions
  • Use new technology to improve baking efficiencies and support continuous process improvement
  • Engage with customers during retail interactions to understand their needs and personalize baking accordingly
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques and operational improvements
