Patient Care Assistant

A nursing aide provides essential, basic daily care and support to patients, residents, or the elderly under the direct supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs). Key duties include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility, along with monitoring vital signs, documenting, and ensuring patient comfort.
