Job Scope:

• Handle walk-in & WhatsApp enquiries

• Sell phone repair services (screen, battery, motherboard, etc.)

• Explain repair options & pricing clearly to customers

• Coordinate with technicians and follow up on repairs

• Basic counter & customer service duties

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in phone sales or phone repair sales

• Familiar with iPhone / Samsung / Android repairs

• Good communication & closing skills

• Independent, responsible, retail experience preferred
