Duties

• Liaise with customers and factories on scheduled shipments
• Provide internal customer operations support
• Update inventory on shipment
• Ensure effective inventory shipments
• Experience in waiver claims
• Prepare ad hoc reports
• Co-ordinate with sales , logistics and warehouse

Requirements

• A level or diploma
• Between 3-5 years of experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Able to work independently
