Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of partner and merchant-related initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, smooth onboarding, and operational excellence. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities related to partner and merchant enablement.
  • Support onboarding, training, and implementation processes to ensure seamless adoption of SG EPAY solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between partners, merchants, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Tech).
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Handle project documentation, presentation materials, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Support resolution of partner or operational issues in alignment with company policies and MAS regulations.
  • Participate in events, workshops, and meetings to represent SG EPAY and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, partner support, or customer success (experience in fintech, banking, or payments is an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) to work effectively with regional partners.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management or CRM tools a plus.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
