Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Singapore / Malaysia

Employment Type: Permanent

Role Summary:

Experienced Project Manager sought to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of

large-scale offshore and subsea projects in the oil & gas sector. The role involves

managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and

overseeing all project phases to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality

and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across engineering, procurement, construction, and

installation disciplines.

• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets

aligned with contractual obligations.

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors,

maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and

regulatory standards.

• Supervise project teams including engineers, planners, cost controllers,

draughtsmen, and subcontractors.

• Oversee commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.

• Provide technical guidance and mentor project personnel, fostering

collaboration and high performance.

• Manage project finances, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring cost-

ffective resource utilization.

• Support business development by contributing to bids, tenders, and strategic

growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Naval Architecture.

• Proven experience managing at least 3 offshore floater projects or EPCI oil & gas

projects valued over USD 50M.

• Strong background in subsea installation, Transport & Installation (T&I), SURF, or

offshore engineering.

• Demonstrated success in project management in the oil & gas or offshore sector.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and mentor teams effectively.
