Job Description
Responsibilities
- Able to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
- Liaise with authorities, client, and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirement.
- Follow up on submission status and documentations on projects
- To manage and oversee the civil and recovered materials work to ensure the Project Safety, environmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.
- Site supervision of contractors
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and/ or HOD.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Certifictate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Preferably 3-5 years working experience in building construction industry/ project site work.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
- Effectively bilingual
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, analytical, meticulous and possess positive working attitude.
