- Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
- Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
- Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies or related studies
- Customer service orientated and willing to go the extra mile
- Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Mandarin speaking would be a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- 5 off days a month
