Retail Executive

Job Description

We are a premium seafood retail company specializing in live geoduck clams and pre-packed sea urchins, sustainably sourced from pristine ocean waters in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest (USA), and Canada.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Retail Executives at our flagship store in Chinatown.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service.
• Educate customers about geoduck clams and pre-packed sea urchins, including preparation tips.
• Perform basic seafood handling and cleaning in compliance with SFA standards.
• Operate POS systems and manage daily transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organised retail space and attractive seafood displays.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Support marketing activities such as live demos and in-store events.
• Receive, inspect, and store seafood shipments.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizens or Singapore PRs only.
• Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
• Passionate about high-quality seafood and customer service.
• Comfortable with handling live seafood.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain SFA Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1.
• Positive, reliable, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, including public holidays.
• Prior retail or food handling experience is a plus.
