• Salary: $4000 - $6000 (basic) + $100 (Transport Allowance) + Attendance Allowance + Commission
• Working hour: 5 Days (9:00am – 7:00am / 1:30pm – 11:30pm)
• Working location: Chinatown / Little India

Job Scope

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and administration.
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual standards, and inventory availability.
• Drive sales performance and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff; assist with scheduling and attendance.
• Implement promotions and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Prepare sales and operational reports; support budgeting and cost control.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary to maintain smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
