Retail Supervisor (Fashion Accessories) | Gross Salary up to $3500 | Chinatown

• Up till $2500 Basic + Fixed Allowance $200 + Commission + Bonus
• Well Established Brand
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Retail
• Preferably with experience in fashion retail or customer service.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage customers and offer tailored recommendations.
• Handling sales transactions / cashiering duties
• Achieve monthly, seasonal, and store sales targets.
• Exceed customer service KPIs and sales standards.
• Capture customer data to build relationships and personalize future sales.
• Follow up on sales and client inquiries.
• Teamwork with the team in a positive, supportive environment.
• Maintain store visual display standards in line with GOLDLION guidelines.
• Assist with daily operations, including stockroom organization
• Other ad-hoc retail operations duties when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum "O" level or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Retail
• Preferably with experience in fashion retail or customer service.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
