Job Description: Sales Executive

📍 Location: Chinatown

🗓 Workdays: 5-day work week (Working days weekend Included)

🕚 Working Hours:
11:00 AM– 7:00 PM

💰 Compensation:
Basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duties at the retail outlet, including customer service and sales
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries
• Assist in the authentication of watches, ensuring a thorough understanding of their legitimacy
• Assist with inventory management and general housekeeping
• Maintain and update customer databases to track interactions and purchasing history
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor
• Follow company procedures and ensure transaction accuracy

Job Requirements: 💼

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably in a luxury brand
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply too- training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and a team player
