Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our immigration and education services, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in helping prospective clients achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration and international education services.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and outreach campaigns.
Present and promote company services to clients, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions from the company’s range of services.
Provide timely follow-up and support to clients throughout the decision-making process.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Consultation & Guidance
Provide basic guidance and information about immigration programs, study abroad destinations, course options, and application processes.
Collaborate with senior counselors or consultants to help present detailed case strategies.
Answer client queries related to services, pricing, timelines, and documentation.
4. Sales Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, conversations, and client feedback in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with counselors, marketing staff, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Share market insights and feedback to improve service offerings.
6. Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and immigration policy changes.
Use market insights to refine sales pitches and reach target audiences more effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience (preferably in education, immigration, consulting, or services sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
