Job Description

Design and implement the overall sales strategy to meet or exceed company revenue targets and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop targeted sales plans for the company’s products or services.
Adjust sales strategies as needed to address changing market conditions or business priorities.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales goals.
Set clear targets and expectations for individual sales team members and monitor their performance.
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous development.
Develop accurate sales forecasts to predict future sales performance and align strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, progress against targets, and key metrics.
Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide insights into sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Monitor expenses related to sales campaigns, travel, and promotional activities to stay within budget.
Optimize the allocation of resources to maximize sales and profit margins.
Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value customers and strategic partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
