Job Description

  • Design and implement the overall sales strategy to meet or exceed company revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop targeted sales plans for the company’s products or services.
  • Adjust sales strategies as needed to address changing market conditions or business priorities.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales goals.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, progress against targets, and key metrics.
  • Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide insights into sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor expenses related to sales campaigns, travel, and promotional activities to stay within budget.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources to maximize sales and profit margins.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value customers and strategic partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
