The Senior Beauty Trainer is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering professional beauty training programs. The role covers technical beauty skills, product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational competency development for trainees or staff in the organization.
A. Training & Development
Design and conduct beauty training programs for beginners to advanced learners.
Deliver practical and theoretical training in areas such as:
Facial treatment techniques
Skin analysis and consultation
Body treatment and slimming techniques
Waxing and hair removal
Beauty equipment operation
Product knowledge and application
Develop training manuals, SOPs, and learning materials.
Demonstrate professional treatment procedures.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct refresher courses and skill upgrading programs.
B. Curriculum & Content Management
Review and update training curriculum according to industry trends.
Introduce new treatment protocols and beauty technologies.
Ensure training content complies with company standards.
C. Quality Assurance
Monitor treatment quality performed by trainees or therapists.
Perform skill audits and practical assessments.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service consistency.
D. Product & Technology Training
Provide in-depth knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
Train staff on proper product usage and treatment combinations.
Support new product launch training.
E. Consultation & Technical Support
Assist in complex customer cases or treatment planning.
Provide professional advice for advanced beauty concerns.
F. Team Leadership
Mentor junior therapists and trainers.
Support manpower development and skill certification preparation.
Promote continuous learning culture.
G. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training records and performance reports.
Track trainee progress and competency achievement.
H. Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to:
Workplace safety regulations
Hygiene standards
Ethical service practices
Company operational policies
Technical Skills
Advanced facial and skincare treatment knowledge
Skin science and anatomy understanding
Experience with beauty machines and technologies

Minimum 5–8 years experience in beauty therapy or training role.
Professional certification in beauty / aesthetics is preferred.

Hands-on experience with facial machines and skincare treatments.
Passionate about training and talent development.
Diploma or higher in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics / Cosmetology or related field.
Train-the-trainer certification is an advantage.
