Key Responsibilities

·      Perform cutting, colouring, perming, rebonding & treatments

·      Conduct professional client consultations

·      Recommend and upsell treatments, packages & products

·      Mentor Junior / Assistant Stylists

·      Ensure hygiene, SOP compliance & service quality

Hiring Criteria

·      Minimum 2 years relevant salon experience

·      Strong cutting & colouring skills

·      Good communication & consultation ability

·      Team player with leadership potential

·      Hair extension skill set is preferred
