Join ION Insurance Brokers as a Senior Insurance Executive to deliver tailored insurance solutions, manage client relationships, and support business growth within a dynamic, client-focused brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to individual and corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Research, analyze, and present tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs and business objectives
• Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently to maintain smooth client operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation for compliance and reference
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless client support and enhance service delivery
• Stay informed on industry regulations, insurance products, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive offerings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support documentation and presentations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn to continuously improve skills and knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to client cases and insurance solutions
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills to contribute positively to a collaborative work culture
• CGI Professional certifications, M5, M9 certificates . DGIRM is a strong advantage
