SENIOR TEST SPECIALIST

 10 years of minimum experience

 Define UAT approach, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria

 Identify test scenarios aligned with business requirements

 Engage business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) for test execution

 Conduct UAT kick-off sessions and walkthroughs

 Ensure business readiness and sign-off

 Oversee test case preparation and execution

 Monitor daily UAT progress and provide status reports

 Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking

 Ensure critical issues are resolved before go-live

 Identify risks and mitigation strategies

 Escalate issues to project governance forums

 Ensure compliance with QA standards and audit requirements, good understanding of SDM process will be a big plus

 Track metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass rates

 Obtain formal UAT sign-off from business stakeholders

 Strong understanding of SDLC, Waterfall methodologies

 Experience managing very large-scale enterprise UAT programs

 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

 Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)

 Strong risk management and escalation handling capability
