Job Description

1. Customer Reception and Guidance: Greeting and assisting customers, introducing services/prices/therapists, assisting with room and therapist assignments, and guiding customers through the service process.

2. Cashier and Billing: Accurately calculating service charges, processing cash/online payments, issuing receipts, and performing daily reconciliation and accounting.

3. Appointment Management: Answering phone calls/responding to online bookings, recording customer information, arrival times, and requests, and promptly coordinating with therapists and rooms.

4. Basic Services: Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and waiting areas, providing basic amenities such as water and slippers, and answering simple customer inquiries.

5. Data Recording: Registering customer arrival, consumption, and membership information, compiling daily business data, and reporting to the store manager.

6. Simple Coordination: Liaising with therapists, cleaning staff, and the store manager, promptly reporting customer needs/complaints, and assisting in handling simple customer complaints.

Requirements:

Presentable appearance and demeanor, fluent in Mandarin, proactive communication skills, and a strong service orientation.

Basic computer/cash register operation skills, high numerical aptitude, accurate mental calculation/reconciliation, and meticulous and organized work habits.

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to adapt to shift work, and ability to handle pressure.

3 years of experience preferred.

Adherence to store rules and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of customer and store business information.
