Technical Business Analyst– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are looking for Technical Business Analysis – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Singapore

Requirements:

• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or project accounting processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional documentation.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or related systems (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes (especially Finance, Inventory/Supply Chain, Sales, and Purchasing).
• Solid business analysis, BRD, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into both functional configurations and clear technical specs.
• Experience with data migration and system testing methodologies.

Desirable

• Microsoft certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate).
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI/Automate/Apps).
• Experience in integration design (APIs, third-party connectors).
• Exposure to technical development basics (e.g., AL / extensions) for proactive coordination.

Preferred certification:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification.
• Background in consulting or ERP implementation.
