Technical Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ocean-going engineering operations to ensure vessel performance and safety compliance.
• Apply shore-based management expertise to oversee maintenance, repairs, and technical support for maritime assets.
• Communicate effectively in English at CET-4 level or above to produce clear reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize office software tools to document engineering activities and support operational planning.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving to address technical challenges and optimize engineering processes.
• Execute assigned tasks with strong discipline and motivation to meet operational deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and efficient working environment.
• Commit to long-term land-based maritime engineering roles, adapting skills from sea-going experience to shore operations.
