Responsibilities

Counter sales with tour leading opportunities
Handle clients’ inquiries related to travel
Prepare, process, and maintain accurate travel booking in the system
Follow up on tour confirmation, payment and documentation
Coordinate with back-end team on pricing and travel updates.
Possess good customer service skills and able to interact with people
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
Carry out other related tasks as assigned, in line with the responsibilities of the role.

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
With or without experience are welcomed (Training will be provided)
Friendly disposition, sales and service oriented
Required to operate computer and in-house system
Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking associates)
Willingness to learn and develop organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
