2 bad occurrences are enough. Rude and nasty drivers. After MY custom route taken by the drivers especially in KL area jammed and jammed. Snail way of driving. Yes heavy smokers stink the whole coach. Really regretted using this company.

Had two journeys with 707. Both right on time. Comfortable chairs with lots of leg room. But my 2nd journey, leaving 11.30 from hatten hotel (which is actually at estadia hotel) to jb larkin on sept 19 had a crazy driver who got super mad that I couldnt figure out how to open the luggage compartment and on how I put my luggage inside.

Best express bus from MLK to SG to MLK. Safe, comfortable and on time. Sat at least 100 times or more over the past 10 years or so. Friendly and exceptional customer service, Amy.

they clerk front desk dont answer telephone call, rude. bus driver from genting to queen street also rude. only treat certain patron good because they buy otar from him then he earn commision.

He even replied my queries middle of night

The bus driver on the way back quite rude n insisted me to talk to him in Malay language. He also smoked a lot till the bus inside very smelly n caused us almost vomited. We all inhaled his secondary smoke. Whatapps service Malaysia side very bad - no response at all.

707-inc team was dedicated in ensuring a smooth journey for their passengers. Do expect delays for 707-inc to provide hotel booking reservation numbers due to Genting systems and processes. The check-in via i-Kiosk process was smooth for all the guests.
Do take note that Genting Reward members cannot claim free room for the period of stay booked by agencies. This resulted in counter check-in (to combine room reservation numbers) which made a long-wait.
No issue with 707-inc as they truly made it a smooth ride and sufficient stops for all guests too. 👍🏽
Hope for 707-inc to collaborate with other hotels (e.g. SkyWorld, Highlands, Corkfords) besides FirstWorld Hotel.
