Just I want to share my experience with the adventure 21 store. I encountered some of these issues when bought a shoe from them when got discount price. I had worn 1 time to testing the shoe which I bought $150+ after the discount but very disappointed to the product after notified outfit peel off and joint got easily gave out . Pls gone through before going to pay at counter. Even it is half price sale would not happened in that way just after 1 time worn peeling off, please don’t do that customer who trusted on you. Thx

Be aware, the advices are NOT very good...
Came to buy a windbreaker. Was proposed one on clearance, good deal they said 🤡
After using it a afternoon, the interior was falling into pieces and the stitching around the neck and for the pockets is gone...
They forgot to say me, it was a risk 😀 and that's why there was no warranty👍(they also forgot to say this 🤫).
So, to be clear, I bought their old rubbish. Don't be the next one...

One of the best places in Singapore to get your outdoor needs. This shop specialises in many brands but one of the rare finds is the Mammut, a tough and reliable brand for backpacks and climbers pouches.
Staff are friendly and located at a very convenient place. The owner is highly knowledgeable too and can help you find what you really need without obligation to buy.

I've been frequenting Adventure 21 for a number of years. The storekeepers are always attentive and ready to help, and if you visit during less busy hours, they'll often take the time to provide a kind word of advice on your next adventure destination, based on their many years of hiking experience and working with customers. Their gear recommendations are always tailored to your specific needs and budget, and they don't push anything that you don't need or is outside your price range. Their prices are reasonable compared to larger stores and chains. Things aren't perfect - if you're buying something that comes from older stock, it's a good idea to check that everything's ok before you buy. But in my years of shopping there, I've only had one minor issue with a relatively cheap item. I still go back there. They're an institution within the local hiking community and I'd hate to see the day we're left with big, impersonal stores or chain outlets as our only option for gearing up. It matters to me that they seem to genuinely like what they do and care about their customers.
