Ai is my therapist and she is very skillful and knowledgeable. I have very tight shoulder muscles and neck and have water retention as well which makes my face looks puffy. The small face therapy is really comfortable and i fell asleep.. I do feel aching when she pressed on some acupoints but it felt really good, I can feel her strokes melt the tension away.. After the first trial, I see immediate results and I have sign up the small face package and I actually look forward to the therapy everytime because it is that comfortable and I can really see the improvement on the shape of my face..

I’ve been coming here for years (before and after the rebrand) and I have thoroughly enjoyed my appointments. The facial feels like a great self care session with a mix of massage, lymphatic drainage and facial skin care. Ai is my therapist and she’s consistently cheerful and very meticulous when it comes to taking care of my needs. Very thankful to have her handle all my appointments!

Kogao signature treatment is highly recommended. It’s my second time and definitely can feel the subtle change on the face - it has been lifted up and my eyelids seem to be more even (one side used to be more droopy than the other). Eye bojin is great too - it does help with blood circulation on the eyes area. The facility is clean and the staffs are nice.

Was served by Ai for my trial session and had a great experience. The facial massage made my face feel slightly sore but Ai guided me through each step and overall it was quite comfortable. The facial felt fantastic and I was super relaxed after the whole treatment. My face looked lifted and brighter by the end. Very satisfied and highly recommended!

The “eyes and face Bojin” treatment is a great combination to wellness concept. Also tried the signature treatment on Anti-age and whitening. First time ever doing Kogao and was glad I did a Signature Kogao trial here. Been feeling overall bloated, fatigued and my face imbalance looked significant. Thought it would be a good time to explore non-invasive routes first (fascial, lymphatic drainage, guasha massages etc.) Ai was knowledgable in the assessment and explained each step she will be doing to help balance my face. The adjustment feels uncomfortable at first but definitely more relieved from all the tension I was holding. Could definitely see changes in my face with just 1 session 😱 Personally did not sign a package (trying out other treatments) but would recommend to get it if you looking for an effective face adjustment and want to maintain. Potentially be back again for another session ☺️

Did a first trial for Kogao Signature Kogao Small Face Correction and Moisturising Facial Care. My therapist was Sonia. She took the time to understand my pre-existing condition as I have had spine surgery in my neck before and need more care to be taken. Furthermore, I have a jaw clenching issue and find it particularly tight and painful at the sides of my face. She can tell that I have some asymmetry and sagging on one side of the face. During the session, it started with the massage. The massage pressure can be quite hard and slightly painful but she adjusted it to be lighter for my first time and particularly because I’m quite sensitive to the pain in the jaw. It is bearable but really effective. This is followed by the facial, which uses machines and doesn’t involve extraction. There’s some mild discomfort, like a prickly sensation when using the machine to help improve absorption of the serum. I was impressed particularly by the massage as I felt so light and relieved after. There is some post-massage soreness and she mentioned that this can last up to 2-3 days. In some people, there may be mild swelling if we were particularly tight right before the massage. So do take note if you are intending to do this before any big events. Have signed up for additional 6 sessions, just the massage. She has recommended for the first 4 sessions to be done around 7-10 days apart to let the effect set.
