Very friendly auntie who served us. The room was nice. Do note that you can select songs using your own mobile. Interestingly, you can find more songs using this method. Unfortunately, quite a number of songs did not have lyrics. There is an ongoing promotion that adds one hour free from Sundays to Thursdays.
Came here with on a weekday and the staff was so cheery with us. Brightened up our day even more.
Rooms were clean and sound system was good.
System also had Youtube search function so we can look for songs not on their list.
Highly recommend!
This karaoke place (Clark quay)is a joke. The sound quality is terrible, with the audio constantly bouncing around the room. The value for money is extremely low.
And then, the food options are limited which is fine, it’s not a restaurant — but I ordered instant noodles and a few snacks (like fries), and after an hour, the food still hadn’t arrived yet but they came to ask for payment. I was told the kitchen was busy. Seriously? Instant noodles taking an hour? What’s the kitchen doing, cooking crabs or steaming a shark?
Terrible experience.
You wouldn’t want to come here to “enjoy” this kind of punishment while spending money.
And the staff bring me to enter this room as photo, funny right even they have other free room inside with main entrance.
Kun has been incredibly patient and professional. I truly appreciate the attentive and thoughtful service. It made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
Fabulous experience here. The service is great and staffs are friendly. Also the room is very clean. The Joysound systems provides so many options of Japanese songs, even the latest trendy ones. Will take friends here next time!
We usually go to Cash Studio at Bedok but this time, we decided to visit Cash Studio at Clarke Quay Central for the second time. We came around 12-ish pm on a Tuesday and it turned out to be a really great experience. The promotion was a good deal, $ 15.50 per person (after GST and service charge) for two hours, plus an extra hour free on weekdays. It also included one free drink and there were plenty of drink options to choose from, which made it even more worth it.
The room was super clean and honestly, the whole place was very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, which added to the enjoyment of our karaoke session. One thing that really stood out was the service. Sharon, the staff member who attended to us, was amazing. She greeted us with a warm smile and was soft-spoken and very polite throughout. Her customer service was top-notch and really made our day feel extra special.
It’s little things like that, clean facilities, good promotions and excellent service that make a big difference. Because of this, we would definitely recommend Cash Studio at Clarke Quay to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable karaoke experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be coming back soon!
Taking a Singapore River Cruise at sunset is an experience that blends city sophistication with a touch of magic. As the sky shifts from golden hues to deep twilight, the boat glides gently past some of the city’s most iconic landmarks—each one transforming in the changing light.
Starting from Clarke Quay, the brightly lit, pastel-colored waterfront immediately sets a festive tone. The quayside is buzzing with life, and from the water, the canopy-covered restaurants and historic warehouses now turned into nightlife spots offer a lively contrast to the serenity of the river itself. Booking a cruise just before sunset allows you to catch the golden reflections on Marina Bay Sands’ towers—a shimmering display that photos can only partly capture.
Drifting along, the route unfolds like a curated tour of Singapore’s architectural diversity. The statuesque Fullerton Hotel, with its neoclassical grandeur, commands attention as it lights up in the evening glow. Nearby, the Merlion fountain delivers its signature spray, backed by a skyline that gradually illuminates with office lights and high-rise reflections. The scene becomes cinematic as the sun sets and the city skyline—towers bearing names like CapitaLand, Maybank, and OUE—takes on a crisp silhouette against the warm sky.
Passing under historic bridges and alongside Boat Quay and Marina Bay, the cruise offers a layered narrative of Singapore’s past and present. Skyscrapers rise behind rows of preserved shophouses, and modern art venues like the lotus-shaped ArtScience Museum mark the city’s cultural ambition.
The boats themselves, modeled after traditional bumboats, feel sturdy and nostalgic, with open sides that invite the breeze. The commentary provides a light touch of historical context, but it’s the visual journey that really captivates.
If there’s one tip, it’s this: time your ride to start about 20–30 minutes before sunset. That way, you catch both the golden hour and the city’s shift into night mode, with reflections dancing in the river and the lights gradually coming alive. It’s not just a touristy boat ride—it’s a scenic immersion into Singapore’s identity, told through water, architecture, and light.
Highly recommend. I walked to the booth around 20 minutes before departure and got a ticket for the 21:30 Singapore River Experience. I was second in line to board and got a nice seat on the boat outside. I recommend going early as those that were last in line had to sit inside. You can still see the views but it is better to sit outside. I boarded at Clarke Quay Jetty. The cruise departs punctually and returns 40 minutes later to the original starting point. If you can, book in advance or online. I may have been lucky as the boat was full. Staff were pleasant. Really nice and relaxing cruise. There is an audio commentary so you can learn more about Singapore and the historical landmarks that you will see on the cruise. The light breeze was appreciated in the heat! June, 2025 and I paid 28 SGD for an adult ticket. You can just walk around the river, but the cruise gives you a different perspective of the city.
A must do while in Singapore 🇸🇬 To hear about a little history, see the architecture along the river. See the laser show, up close and on the water to Marina Bay Sands, Apple Store 🍎, Louis Vuitton, and so much more! It had been 6 years since my last visit and I'll do the river cruise again in 6 more years. Enjoy 👍🤩 …
