Shop is open not closed like the other reviews state. But I think they are open from 12pm and not 11am as stated in google. Called at 11.30am no answer, tried again at 12.30pm, owner picked up. Met the owners of the place. Very friendly husband and wife couple. Even had a nice conversation with both of them. Think the previous negative customer reviews were about their staff not them(was told they let go of the rude staff). Went down to buy a laptop bag ended up buying a backpack as well. took time to let me explore and explain the bags to me. They have luggages and a range of other brands also, not only CaseLogic bags.

RUDE!!! attitude from the Owner, at first they were very friendly. When i want to take photo they say cannot take because i want to show the bag to my friend (which is ok for me i dont even take anything and so WEIRD why cannot take photo, its not like their own brand or what) .
Then when i want to walk out without say anything the uncle say rude thing like if you dont buy get out from my store.
Whats even worst the aunty in cashier say get out very suspicious. I dont even say anything whats their problem. Weird!!!! I never been harrash like that before.
I dont mind to be told dont take photo, but dont need to be so rude to your customer who dont even say anything. Hope your business grows with that kind of attitude!!!

Worst experience ever! Never seen such RUDE customer service ! No one was in the shop and my sister was just moving the luggage a little to see the compartment. Then she went to the other side to touch a bag and the Sales person told her "not to act like a gangser and touch the things" . I told him that very rude of him and he was not at all apologetic! He just said I don't need your business and told just to get lost! I have never written a review for anything! This was too unreasonable and I hope company will look into the matter!!!

Tucked on second floor of Central, you will find a small shop with lots of bags. Nice travel, daily use and camera bags there. Staff is very nice.
