Went on a Sunday Evening, great experience and service from staff! The room was abit cold so went to ask for a blanket, but unfortunately all was used. Staff immediately help to adjust our room aircon temperature, after awhile once a blanket was available they remembered and gave one to me! Salute to the staff for paying extra attention to guests, excellent service 👍

Kitty and I were having a picnic by the riverbank at Clarke Quay when a sudden, strong gust of wind hit. Checking the weather forecast on NEA's website, we saw a massive patch of rain clouds covering the entire island, moving quickly from west to east. It felt eerily similar to the typhoon incident on September 17th, 2024. The wind was so strong it made us panic. Watching the rain clouds on NEA's website, which updated every 5 minutes, we realized it was moving fast, and we were worried about getting caught in the open. We quickly packed up our things and took shelter in the mall next to us with our friends. It was a truly chaotic experience! We tried to continue our picnic, hoping for the rain to stop. However, the rain clouds were so vast we realized it wouldn't clear up anytime soon. To kill time, we decided to visit Cash Studio at Central Mall with our friends. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Wang Ling. She had a smile that instantly brightened our mood and made us feel welcome. She even joked, "You guys are here to wait out the rain, right?" Her warmth and friendly service were truly heart-warming. We told her we were there to escape the downpour and asked for a room with a suitable package. She quickly helped us find a room and get settled. The studio offered a two-hour package for $29 per person, including a jug of drinks. We were delighted with the cozy, cool, and clean atmosphere. The room was well-decorated, and my friends even mentioned the sound system was much better than other Cash Studios they had visited in the past. We were also pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating and the fact that they have a smoking room similar to what you find at the airport. Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by Wang Ling, the sound system, and the ambiance of the place. The only improvement I can suggest is to add QR code functionality for song dedications. It's a common feature in many karaoke studios these days. Despite the sudden weather change, our time at Cash Studio was a positive experience, thanks to Wang Ling's excellent service and the comfortable environment.

Everyone should come over to cash studio ! I love the facilities here as well as how kind the staff had been to us. They even assisted us and showed us around on the items we can use.
