Am a regular customer of Charles and Keith, the service from this branch at the Central is the worst I’ve encountered. The lady staff had a very bad attitude and shows no willingness to assist the customer. Decided to walk off and not purchase due to her bad service. Date of visit: 20 April 2024. Time of visit : 5.15pm.

I wanted to buy a wallet and called the waiter. She just put the one there and left. I wanted to look at the other wallet but she disappeared. She looked at me as if she couldn't afford it, which made me not in the mood to buy it.

The mall starts to close at 9 pm. The staff are nice tho. Note that they do not accept alipay+ (gcash), only the normal alipay, credit card, and cash.

Not been to this store at Eu Tong Sen. However I have always had good experiences at Charles & Keith stores at Changi airport, Wisma Orchard & Causeway point.
