First time with CTC so had to not expect too much for Japan 8D7N.
Get to experience snow n the cherry blossom
Had a really nice bus driver uncle who always helps us move out luggage n smile at us
Heard that few of rest was with them for other country. All was ok especially for vegetarian options in the plane n all days (mostly was all vegetarian)
Loved it especially that Mimi did a video for memory keepsake. Especially love the gesture n going all e way to ensure my mum is not left behind
Yan san was a local PR guide with lots of info n stories to share about japan
Loved that Mimi go extra length to make sure we were not left behind especially even collecting the baggage at the airport

Poor experience in Shanghai Tour. No transparency in pricing. Had to pay 600 RMB per pax just for the following:
Shanghai: (RMB600/A, RMB400/C below 1m)
Huangpu River Cruise (150 RMB ticket) + Lujiazui Sky Corridor (free for public) + one Local Meal.
So basically they are telling you one local meal is 450 RMB?? you basically can eat 5 days worth of good restaurant meal, 3 meals a day for 450 RMB.

13 days: Majestic silk road + northern Xinjiang.
Tour guides and group leader is good and detailed oriented in managing the logistics and ensuring the whole tour runs smoothly. Enjoyed the beautiful views and sceneries of XJ. Overall experience of the tour is worth it as is not every time u get to enjoy the beautiful if XJ and the ancient silk road.
3 issues of the tour which can be improved.
1) food of restaurants which can be better. Quality > quantity. Eg: XJ local delights is lamp skewers/rack but didn't had much opportunity to savour them unless you had to purchase is yourself.
2) very long travelling time. 13 days doesn't seems to be the full 13 days of fun and exploration. first and last day is gone due to departure from Sg and flight back. This could be improved if there's overnight flight.
3) hotels can be improved as well. Quality and standard of hotel is inconsistent during the trip. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
Overall, 4/5 still worth the experience despite the issues.

8 Days Yunnan - 11th to 18th May 2025.
Well organised 25 guests group tour. The China local guide was very professional and knowledgeable yet caring for the tour members. The driver was a safe and a careful driver making sure our safety is #1.
Hotels were surprisingly well appointed except most were further out of town but there was plenty to do in the evening. Meals were reasonably sumptuous.
Recommend for those looking for a fuss free holiday without having to worry about booking tickets for sights and trains.
