Made a reservation at 7.30pm but was left unattended and asked to "wait a bit" for another 30mins outside the store. I was left confused cus all the staff were visibly busy attending to customers and seemingly avoided me. Got a table at 8pm only after firm prompting, and I appreciate that the table was cleaned very thoroughly. Service crew were polite and efficient but they were clearly under-staffed, leading to huge delays in service. Felt bad for the service crew. Buffet deal was reasonably priced, and the sides / marinated pork tasted pretty good. The ventilation wasn't fantastic, so lowkey suffocated in smoke, but again service staff was commendable for replacing the grill promptly. Had high expectations from hearing good reviews of this place and wanted to celeb my friend's bday but :( kinda disappointed in the overall exp, though it could be due to the overwhelming friday night crowd. Will come back only if the management of operations improve somehow
