DumPrince Dumpling House is an authentic Chinese noodle restaurant founded by the former owners of Kure Menya, specializing in artisanal collagen broth and handmade dumplings. Located at Chinatown Point, this casual dining establishment offers exceptional value with most dishes priced under 0. Their signature rich collagen broth is meticulously simmered for over 8 hours, creating a creamy, umami-rich base that combines Japanese ramen techniques with traditional Chinese lamian noodles. Customers can choose from various options including chicken dumplings, prawn dumplings, or meatballs, paired with hand-pulled lamian or thick bee hoon. The menu also features Sichuan specialties like Hot & Sour Dry Noodles and savory Zhajiang Noodles, crafted by chefs with authentic Sichuan restaurant experience. All dumplings are made from scratch and can be prepared boiled, pan-fried, or deep-fried. Committed to using quality ingredients without MSG, DumPrince focuses on extracting natural flavors and nutrients, making it a popular choice for health-conscious diners seeking affordable, authentic Chinese comfort food. Open daily from 11am to 9pm.
The dumplings are small, fillings are mediocre, the bite of folds of the skin were clear that these were frozen, yet cost $12.90? Overpriced. The ginger pieces are not thinly shredded. Skip this place, better places for dumplings in Chinatown area.

Dumplings are tiny, they taste alright, not fantastic
The general area not the most hygienic, spotted tiny cockroaches around.
Probably won't come again. The cashier like not interested to serve also lmao

Dumplings are tiny it's almost a joke. It's even tinier than the classic plastic soup spoon. And it doesn't even taste nice. Spicy noodles are just noodles with chilli. No wonder there's no one around even during peak dinner time.
Do yourself a service and go elsewhere!

Went at lunch time and there was only 1 other person in the shop at that time.
Tried their truffle mushroom dumplings. Not cheap, $10.90 for 6 pieces.
Dumplings were pretty watery. Wished it was cooked in a more flavourful broth cause otherwise it tasted mostly of hot water. Truffle sauce didnโt taste of much.
Dumplings left a strong (and not the most pleasant) taste in the mouth that lasted a while.
Was not worth the price point. Would not order it again.
May try other flavours and the fried versions if they interest me one day.

Iโm usually not a fan of such dishes but this is mind-blowing. the collagen was rich and it doesnโt give off any unpleasant smell. the dumplings were soft and generously filled, noodles were delicious too! however the hot & sour noodles are quite spicy, u can tell the person if u want less spice though!

Spotted this newly open store @dumprince.sg at Chinatown Point basement just opposite A-One Claypot, and decided to try it for lunch - TL;DR really worth a try if you're around the area!!
Meatball Collagen Broth ($8.90)
You can decide to get clear soup for $5.50 instead, but honestly no regrets topping up for the collagen broth, which is boiled for 8 hours a day, resulting in this creamy and hearty broth you see here! The noodles texture could be slightly firmer, but the broth was the star here. Really rich broth that low-key reminds of ramen broth, and altho it MAY get a little jelak for some, I happily finished mine. The ingredients were fresh, and was also surprised that even the meatball was flavourful, so I thoroughly enjoyed this comforting food.
Chicken Dumplings in Collagen Broth ($8.90)
You can pick their prawn/ chicken dumplings noodles instead for the same price, which I'd recommend trying too! The chicken dumpling is essentially the same ones used for their Sichuan Spicy Dumplings, which were already flavourful without any sauce!
Sichuan Spicy Dumplings ($6.50 for 6)
Definitely not the crazy sinful kind you'd get from Chinese restaurants, but it's just simple chilli oil flavouring for their already flavourful and well-packed, juicy dumplings!
I'm impressed by how such simple fair can be made so well, and although it's not out-of-the-world kind of ingredients, it's certainly a comforting and hearty one that's even better to have on a rainy day!

One of BB's fuss-free options at Chinatown, DumPrince @dumprince.sg serves affordable handmade dumplings and noodle dishes at wallet-friendly prices! While you can opt for their clear soup to go with their noodles, their ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ต was the highlight! The rich flavour and the thick creamy texture complimented their QQ noodles, kind of reminded Bb of the tori paitan ramen. The prawn dumplings were also juicy with every bite! ๐
Their ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ was decent as well! The flavourful chicken dumplings were just as satisfying with their red oil and vinegar sauce! Just felt that spicy kick wasn't as much as we would have preferred, but we found out later that you can request ๅ ่พฃ for those who can take the heat!๐ฅ

I tried the handpulled noodles with prawn dumplings in collagen broth($8.90). Broth was thick and flavourful. Dumplings were delicious! I also tried the fried chicken dumplings (6pc $5.50). Freshly fried upon order, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. But limited seating space in the shop. Overall nice meal ๐. โฆ

Paid $11.90 for the collagen set meal include a drink and a side. I went on Friday evening at about 845pm, just in time before they close at 9pm. It was my first visit to this dumpling store and I appreciate the food.
The shop was clean, the chopsticks and straw is individually packed for hygiene purpose. Thereโs complimentary tissue for customers to use too.
My partner likes the food as well.
