This is a very warm and welcoming hotel, with staff who are all extremely dedicated and friendly. I would especially like to thank Jocelyn from the reservations department for her assistance in resolving all the difficulties I faced during the booking process — I am truly grateful. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, as she made me feel that this hotel offers the best value for money in Singapore.

Please do not get scammed like I was. I made a mistake & wanted to revise the dates of my booking. But the staff of this company are prohibited from revising your reservation. I did not want to cancel but instead just change the dates & they refused to do that & they refused to help & they refused to contact the hotel. The worst part is they purposely re-direct you from the Hotel you want to book & instead book as the travel agent. And they will not return your instantly charged money. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!
