Hotel Mono is a striking 46-room monochromatic boutique hotel set in six restored 1900s heritage shophouses in the heart of Singapore's Chinatown district. Located just 240 meters from Chinatown MRT Station, this minimalist design hotel features a bold black and white theme throughout, with no two rooms being the same due to original floor plan peculiarities. Each room includes a distinctive black metal bar serving as light fixture and coat hanger, complemented by flat-screen TV, mini fridge, hair dryer, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The beautifully rejuvenated buildings retain original charm with characteristic air wells and Rococo-era windows, seamlessly blending traditional Singapore culture with urban modernity.
