The tour given by our tour guide Ah Lin (Wen Hai Lin) and driver Wang was entertaining, helpful, personalized due to circumstances. Although everything was plan nicely but at times it's was flexible enough to change by Ah Lin base on our request and her knowledge of places of the interests. We got to enjoy some interests with minimal people or even non... to think that it is even possible in China.
Hotel are ok as all are 5 Stars but be Mentally prepared, in China as long the hotel are big it will be considered as 5 Star. Still overalls it's was wonderful for me!!!
Food was carefully planned for our taste bud too!!

The tour 23 Jun - 30 Jun to Yun Nan is enjoyable and memorable. Our tour guide, 杨敏, is very passionate and considerate. She always bring joy to us and accommodate to our needs. Our bus driver, 惠师傅, is very thoughtful as he drops us off at places which bring us convenience.

My family and I recently joined a guided tour to Inner Mongolia and Northern China with Jun-Air, and it was truly a journey full of memorable moments, cultural insight, and unique experiences. Our tour took place from 3 to 13 June 2025, and we were fortunate to have Xiao Gu as our Chinese tour leader and Master Liu as our reliable and experienced driver.
One of the highlights we were looking forward to was witnessing the northern lights in Arctic City, Mohe. Unfortunately, nature had other plans, and the weather turned out to be consistently drizzly during our time there. While it was a disappointment, it reminded us that nature does not always cooperate, but the journey itself remained worthwhile.
A particularly unique experience for our family was the SUV ride across the vast grassland pastures, where we had the opportunity to fly kites in the open windy plains. The endless expanse and clean air made it a simple yet unforgettable activity, especially for city dwellers like us.
Another unforgettable moment was witnessing the proximity between China and Russia as we traveled along the shared border. It was fascinating to see first-hand the economic and cultural ties that bind the two nations, from trade routes to architectural styles and local influences. Standing at the border gave us a deeper appreciation for the history and cooperation between the countries.
A very personal highlight for me was a surprise birthday celebration during one of our dinners. Unbeknownst to me, Xiao Gu had thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake, turning an ordinary evening into a heartwarming memory. It was a small gesture that spoke volumes about the care and attentiveness provided throughout the trip.
That said, the tour did involve long travel segments. Two legs of the journey were particularly lengthy, each taking about six hours. Typically, we would leave the hotel after breakfast, travel for about three hours, stop for lunch, and continue for another three hours to reach our next destination. While comfort stops were provided, the long distances between attractions highlighted the relatively underdeveloped tourism infrastructure in the northern regions, where major attractions are widely dispersed.
One point for future improvement could be around the optional tours. While we understand that these are part of packaged itineraries, it would be helpful if alternative activities were arranged for those not participating, so that all guests could make the most of their time.
Overall, despite some of the challenges with travel time, the tour was well-organised and enriching. We enjoyed authentic local food and caught glimpses of daily life in villages, towns, and cities, each with its own distinct culture and character. This journey gave us a broader view of China’s diverse landscape, both in terms of geography and heritage, and we came home with beautiful memories and a deeper appreciation for this vast region.

The tour 20 to 26 April 2025 to 长沙，张家界given by our tour guide 赵永珍and driver 邓师父 entertaining, helpful, personalized. My family were happy with 永珍 base on our request and her knowledge of places of the interests. We have a wonderful times in 张家界 and got to enjoy some interests with minimal people in China. Also to mentioned that she had order a birthday cake for my daughter which surprised us on 21 April 2025 for my daughter birthday celebration.Hoped we can book other China tours from Air Jun again

An Unforgettable Yunnan Adventure with Jun-Air.
Our trip through Yunnan was an absolute enjoyable and so much of that is thanks to our wonderful local tour guide, 杨敏. She is always helpful, attentive and truly caring toward every member of the group. Whether it was making sure we were comfortable, sharing insightful stories, or keeping everything running smoothly, she brought warmth and professionalism to every moment.
But what made 杨敏 truly shine was her vibrant personality! Not only is she an amazing guide—she’s also a talented photographer who captured some of our favorite memories with flair. Her singing and dancing brought so much joy to the journey, adding a special spark to our long drives. She really made the culture come alive!
I can’t recommend 杨敏 highly enough. With her guidance, Yunnan wasn’t just a destination—it became a living, unforgettable experience.
We also want to give a huge thank you to the driver, whose skillful and safe driving allowed us to travel comfortably across the stunning landscapes of Yunnan.

Visited Zhangjiajie from April 14–20 with our tour guide 阿静, who was incredibly patient, positive and friendly throughout the trip! She has shown her passion & in-depth knowledge about her hometown. Taught us about the traditions, language and culture of Zhangjiajie, which is important when visiting such culturally rich sites.
The crowds were quite overwhelming during this period, so we unfortunately had to skip the main attraction at Yuanjiajie. However, our tour guide was quick to adapt and took us to a less crowded spot with similarly stunning scenery, which was equally beautiful and definitely worth visiting.
Also, appreciate our friendly driver, 朱师父, who drove us around safely in long distances and provided water for us!
While the tour was marketed as “no shopping,” there were still occasional moments where products were promoted on the bus or at certain unexpected stops. Though voluntary, it did take up a bit of time, instead of visiting other places. Also the meals provided have similar set of dishes so feels a bit repetitive at times.
All in all, it was still a great experience exploring Zhangjiajie. Special thanks to Kylar as well, who was very responsive and helpful in addressing all our queries before the trip!

-food provided in ZhangJiaJie was okay
Friends who visited earlier warned me food there was too oily and not nice. Our tour guide helped to remind restaurants to cook the food less oily, less salty, less spicy.

This is my first China Tour to Zhang Jia Jie with my wife!
It's been a delightful and enjoyable experience touring with our amazing tour guide Ah Lin 溫海琳 and our bus driver 王师傅.
Their professionalism and warm touch of hospitality has truly made our journey a better one.
We also made a lot of new friends during the tour! All of them were such nice people!
