Should be one star! When I placed a deposit for a pair of rubber shoes on 7 Aug 2020, they claimed it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. When I called 2 weeks later to enquire, they told me rudely it would take a month. It is now close to a month since i placed the order and still no news. And they actually had the size that i wanted but used it as sample pair to get more orders. I can appreciate that but the shop should honor their promise to customer ☹

Buyers beware!!!
Products are not 'always' from Japan as stated on their website. I bought a watch and it was made in China and only after purchased was I told that this $200 present does not come with warranty!
What's worse.. the same item, after a bit of research from my partner, could have been purchased online for $25.
I understand one needs to make profit but a mark up of 700%!!???
My fault for not checking before paying but I am hoping this review will stop other shoppers from getting ripped off by this shop...

Item to be purchased is out of stock. To request for stock...customer needs to pay full amount or else item will not be ordered.
But shop promise customer 1 month to receive the item. Never clearly tell customer that when they place order, if it does not meet their minimum order requirement, the items will not be shipped out.
Never even bother to call customer to inform of the delay. Call at least few times...cannot even confirm item deadline. No business ethics.

Do not play kuji in kaikai gift. Their last prize is not free to buyout buyer. Their regulation needs to top up additional $15 to obtain the last prize which is my 1st time who have played so many yrs kuji. I will recommend to go seimon-cho, tog, La tendo, Otaku house, the collector base to play & online store Toycoin for sanrio kuji & many more. Truly disappointing when I heard my friend mentioned this incident while she boughtout sanrio kuji today.

Went there on July 2025 morning
• Nearby MRT station just next block of the building but i was abit lost & went on the longest route instead.
• nearby escalator, easy to find
• It looks legit, price is average than the official store. (small plushie cost SGD39 compare to the airport/orchard store SGD79)
• Lots of varieties, daughter loves looking at the dolls
• I do not know if the 2 elderly women who attend us at the shop were owners but i gave my salute to them for their hardwork! ❤️

🟪They have a wide range of Sanrio licensed merchandise and the items are all very cute and kawaii. They have soft toys, keychains notebooks, pencil cases, pouches, cups and plates, etc.
🟦Service is friendly too. The lady boss is very polite and kind. I bought 2 writing pads for my Aussie friend.

Hidden gem selling a ton of sanrio products! Not sure how authentic some of them are, but this is one of the only shops in SG with such a wide array of sanrio goods.

Lots of Sanrio products that are a feast to the eyes if you are a Sanrio fan. Everything was individually wrapped up and arranged neatly on the counters. Prices are a bit on the high side but I guess that's what the price should be since it's a Sanrio. Nice place to check out if you love hello kittys and batzmaru.
