The bank official closing time is 445pm, but when reached there at 430, the bank says today suddenly high volume, so bank decides to close 1 hour earlier, so staff no need to stay back late but customers can be turned away before official closing time. And there are still many customers coming in before closure time but told bank closed. Speaking about professionalism:(

Limited product knowledge about credit and loans facilities. Lack of customer service. I would recommend only if you want to terminate any of maybank account since its the only Maybank around the area.

Maybank Chinatown, please remove your number if there is no intention to take calls. Been calling even the 1800 number, no one will pick up. They pick up n drop the call. Have to listen to the prerecorded message and then the phone will ring and thats 4-5 min of your time wasted. Terrible. They prefer customer visit the branches.

The warm and friendly service from Shufen at reception and the efficiency of Christine at the counter was amazing. This branch gets really busy at peak hour but I have never had delays in getting my requests processed. The team here are very helpful and detailed in making sure I understand how to login or troubleshoot online banking matters.

The male officer at counter 5 (didn't get his name) on 13 Aug 24 between 12.30 to 12.40pm, is courteous and fast in handling my renewal of FD. When I took out my passbook, he even offered to update for me before I asked for it. All done within 10 minutes. Keep up the good work!

The staff were all quite proactive. Nice to have banks who still value the face to face customer contact experience. Something a little lacking nowadays with big banks

Traumatic experience here. The system is chaotic. The service people were helpful though and better than the service at Waterway Point. Happy to close my account.

The lady at the information counter is helpful and smiling.But the staff at counter number 9.....very 'professional' but very cold.I ask him what is the current exchange rate MYR-SGD today.All he said is I dunno. Assuming he is preoccupied with other things he needs to complete
