The catalogue for the nail colors were in matte colors which isn't a true reflection of the end product. To add on, manicurists ability to communicate was bare minimum.Carina was very rough, cut and file my nails so close to the skin that it hurts. Her painting often leave stain on my skin underneath the nails which she did not bother to clean off without me having to tell her. Worst, her painting had a slight bump on one of the nails and she tried to push it off saying it looks OK. Overall, one of my worst experience ever as I am told that the nail would be totally dry only 2hrs later. So they actually took out my wallet and money at payment. wont be back for sure. Worst experience I have ever had. Told get 30% discount so I asked classic mani and pedi $49 is that plus plus or including tax. Told $49 total. Offered machine scrub for additional $8 and I said no I want razor. Sat down. Then told after started pedi that it would be $70 as 30% discount only applies if spend minimum $300 on package. I said well just do the pedicure for $40. Then again offered machine scrubber and so again asked for razor - they dont do razor. Then no massage on calves or feet. Whole reason had a pedi was for the calf massage and razor. Then go to pay and told couldn't use mastercard as had to be over $50. Whole time tried to sell me other services - massage, facial. Not relaxing at all. AVOID.

Worst hair cut I have ever received. Hair dresser did not follow requests made to trim only 1 inch and thin just a little at the bottom. He cut and thinned my hair way too much and it is very choppy at weird angles. I cannot even tie my hair without weird lumps of hair dropping down.
