I seriously wanted to highlight my encounters in shopping Miss Empire, Novena Square 2 on this staff assistant call Angela. She is very pushy and rude on sales tactics. Following are my bad experience with her and not only once :- 1. The words used to attend customer like am tough to please, difficult to serve etc. 2. Never focus on what customer like or need but keep promoting items just to meet sales target. She will say a lot of her customer buy the accessories to keep which I don’t see why I need to buy if for keeping. 3. Asked me to bring friend for this company anniversary event . I respect the event hence I dress according to the team colour. However way how she serves my friend and I, example food or drink are provided in misery way. 4. Engage in unethical behaviors due to unrealistic expectation to succeed. For example, during this event, reserve items that I never ever have look and force me to buy. I never have intention to come for the event because I got no intention to buy anything, but she said this event is an eyes opening event and can don’t purchase anything. However, when I appear then she expects me to buy the item she reserved for me which I already said many times, I don’t like the item of colour and too small for me, yet she said she will be scolded if reserve and don’t buy. In the first place , I never ask her to reserve. Also, keep promoting items that don’t fit my character and need. I have been to many events like Tiffany, Agnes B. Bottega, Manolo Blahnik etc. , I never see such company way of conducting event esp. having unethical sales tactics. I gave up on this company eventhough I have a few vouchers on hand with me. Also, when I highlighted this encounter to another Sales Assistant, K-Ling, she said following : I will update to office if you think that you need to unsubscribe for the invitation message as you had a bad experience for the event and feel don’t want to join again. I would help you to feedback if you needed cus I am here trying to help and understand my member’s needs. 💕 I really hope my members can shop with us under the pleasant and joyous mode. “ This gave me the impression that this company really do not value the customer and try to improve on mistakes and simply can say if you don’t like then don’t come. Fyi, quality of the products is not good also I have brought back many times to repair. Also, this company does not respond on any unsatisfactory feedback even though I am their Elite member .
