My to-go for new specs. Staff are always friendly and patient. They even provide series of eye health tests prior to prescription so that you know how your precious eyes are doing. Staff were meticulous at every stage of the tests to minimize any discomfort and makes sure you are comfortable with the whole experience. Might not be the cheapest ones out there like the big names in retail but they do provide the best service and quality value for money. Highly recommended

Superb customer service and professionalism. The owner is still hands-on in the shop, and his fantastic experience helps to make good recommendations in the prescription lenses and style of frame. It is good that I have gone back to them after so many years away. Used to do my glasses there since I was young and stopped for many years after I married and moved away. Highly recommended and glad that I have come back to make my new glasses!

BEST RECOMMENDED OPTICAL STORE Recently went to another store L******t to do my specs because i thought is more convenient, nearer to my home, end up so much problem, i feel so uncomfortable with the specs, it is like wearing magnifiers (middle clear, the rest is blur) and have strong pressure. they told me is normal, try to get used to it, so i wore 3 days during work, i go back to the store to redo eye test, they said wrong prescription hence redo specs for me. After 2 days i collect and it is even worse !!! I start to worry is my eyes damaged or brain issue 😅 Decided to go Pearl’s optical as they have equipment to do eye health test 🥺 after all the test, they found out the specs from L*******t over power by a lot like 75 !! OMG 😨 No wonder I felt the strong pressure when wearing it. They change for me on the spot, only took 15-20mins ready ! And it is comfortable to wear. Clear and no pressure. Thanks to the young pretty lady! She is so patient and detailed in performing the test for me.

Came here in January, saw a pair of Tiffany n Co cat eye glasses that I liked but they only have it in tortoise shell. I asked whether have black, the lady (LC) said must order. She ordered for me, whatsapped me when it arrived. I went down to try it but didn't like it. End up didn't buy anything but excellent service from her throughout. Shop was crowded on a weekday lunchtime, looks like all regular customers. I would buy from them but too bad they don't carry the style I was looking for. Also price wise they are slightly cheaper.
