Their unique offerings include backstage tours from 6-7pm where visitors can witness professional artists applying elaborate makeup and preparing for performances, followed by live Opera Livehouse shows from 7-8pm featuring classic pieces that combine traditional opera with theatrical storytelling. Ping Sheh also provides exclusive Chinese Opera Makeup Experiences on Saturday afternoons (2-5pm) for just two participants, where professional stylists apply authentic makeup and dress guests in exquisite costumes. Through interactive workshops, visitors learn about the four main role types - Sheng, Dan, Jing, and Chou - and witness the essential skills of singing, reciting, acting, and combat that define Peking opera.
