Would have appreciated a reply via whatsapp regarding the charges on nail polish removal as I was considering to go to my usual salon who does it for free and the express mani is of the same price as Rouge Nail Bar's promotion price anyway . But due to the offer (free nail art for 2 fingers) here I thought I would give it a try only to be informed I have to pay extra $20 for polish removal when I'm already there . The polish was a little bumpy on some fingers but overall still nice and pretty . Thanks Jennifer !
