Shi Li Fang Hot Pot at Chinatown Point offers an exceptional hotpot dining experience that combines quality ingredients with wallet-friendly pricing across their extensive Singapore chain network. This popular Taiwanese hotpot concept provides both individual and group dining options, featuring value sets starting from S$9.90 that include meat, vegetables, mushrooms, and chili accompaniments. The restaurant caters to diverse preferences with multiple soup base options including mala, tomato, mushroom, and pork bone varieties, complemented by an extensive selection of fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables for the ultimate hotpot experience. Located conveniently in the basement of Chinatown Point, Shi Li Fang has earned recognition for making quality hotpot dining accessible to everyone, offering both à la carte options and convenient set meals that include everything needed for a satisfying hotpot meal. With over 17 outlets islandwide, this establishment has become a go-to destination for both solo diners and groups seeking authentic Taiwanese hotpot in the heart of Singapore's cultural district.
Shi Li Fang Hotpot at Chinatown Point disappoints with mediocre quality across the board. The broths are bland and lack depth, while the ingredients—from meats to vegetables—feel average at best, especially for the high prices charged. Portions are stingy, leaving you unsatisfied both in flavor and quantity. Even the dipping sauces and sides fail to impress. For a hotpot place in Singapore’s competitive dining scene, this one falls short in every aspect. Overpriced and underwhelming—definitely not worth it. Save your money for a better hotpot experience elsewhere.

I visited Shilifang Chinatown Point on a weekday for lunch. The 20% discount was pretty attractive and honestly, the food was good too. The waitress who seated us was initially very grumpy for no reason. She was in a much better attitude once we placed our orders. I would give the food 5 stars but service 3 stars.

The area was quiet and not much people on a Friday afternoon so it was really peaceful! Food at this outlet seems more flavorful and filling compared to the previous outlet at Compass One, so I really like it this outlet. What stood out to me is their service, the uncle who works at a waiter asked why my basket still had one fishball and I told him it was because I dropped it. Then he came back with a bowl with a new fishball without me even asking, I was really so touched by his friendliness and kindness, eating here has never been as enjoyable as today!

Lovely and quiet place to have a steamboat. We had a single set of sliced marble pork and mushroom set.
The drinks-dip-ice cream combo was also great with the large variety.
My only suggestion to improve were that they were a bit short handed so some patience was required.

We ordered Seafood set for 2 pax with pork bone and tonic chicken soup. Fresh food with soup refill.

We recently visited this charming, not-too-busy restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We ordered two single set meals. Each meal was a great value for the price and included a generous selection of fresh vegetables and meats. One of the highlights was the variety of soups available—four different types to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious flavour. The service was another standout aspect of our visit. The waiters and waitresses were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
