From the informative visit to the Durian Farm, where we learned about durian cultivation, to the delightful tasting of MSW durians, every moment was thoroughly enjoyed. The subsequent local product shopping allowed us to browse and purchase some wonderful souvenirs.
The sumptuous high quality dinner at the end of the day was the perfect conclusion to a fantastic trip. Your team's dedication to ensuring our comfort and safety throughout the journey was truly appreciated.

๐ Fantastic 1-Day Getaway with Singatour! ๐
Our family had such an enjoyable bonding day trip to Tg Piai + Kukup Island + shopping ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ, and everything went so smoothly thanks to the great team at Singatour.
A big shoutout to Weena, who was super responsive ๐, detail-oriented, and always accommodating to our requests for flexibility. Her planning made the trip stress-free and refreshing ๐ช๐.
Special thanks to our driver Kit ๐, who made the journey truly pleasant. He was consistently responsible, safe, and attentive ๐, ensuring we felt well taken care of. He knows the Johor routes very well and planned the journey to avoid heavy traffic ๐ฆโsmooth sailing all the way! Even when encountering rude drivers, Kit stayed calm, polite, and professional. Such a rare gem in customer service! ๐๐

Had a most enjoyable and memorable 9D7N Zhangjiajie trip with Singatour in April 2025.
We had an excellent Chinese tour guide and attentive tour leader from Singatour.
Everything was well-organised from meals and hotels to transport and sightseeing. Enjoyed dining at various local restaurants and tasting local cuisines.
Highly commended was the Chinese tour guide. His superb knowledge of Chinese history, culture and poetry was impressive. His customer service was also exceptional.
Would highly recommend Singatour for their affordably-priced and interesting tours to China!

My spouse and I had attended Singa Tour's Batam and Malaysia trips. Their tour guides; like James, are very warm, responsible and engaging. The hotel accommodations were classy, clean and comfortable. The itinerary organised were thoughtful and well planned. Our experiences with Singa have been very pleasant. Good service! Our family is very grateful to your company for being ever so consistent in terms of standard and quality of the service performance before the epidemic and arranging this rich and amazing CNY short-distance travel in such a short period of time. We are very grateful to be fated with the tour guide and driver. Although it is such a busy trip,from the messy traffic jams to the long bus rides they are still so conscientious and hard-working. The tour guide takes care of everyone very well,from the hotels to personal needs. The bus driver is also very friendly and helpful,helping us with the luggage up the bus and superb driving,ensuring a smooth journey for all. I was searching for a tour company for a short company excursion.

*Pros*
We had a very satisfying trip to Genting with Singatour from 14 March to 17 March. We have made many such trips there using other operators but none measured up. With your guide, Jack, at the helm, this is by far the best we have had. He was the icing on the cake. It was a short trip but he nevertheless entertained us and kept us updated along the way on proceedings. He also shared with us his many interesting experiences, history of Genting and the surrounding resorts. At Genting he secured our rooms and even got us the tickets for the concert. We were never left in the lurch.
His caring nature (ๆ ๅพฎไธ่ณ ็ๆๅบฆ) made him stands out as an exemplary guide. The jovial side of him made him a complete package for the role.
The company is only as good as it's employees and we must congratulate you for having him on board. We will be back for sure.
(Also The lunch at Seremban both vegetarian and non vegetarian were up to the mark.)
*Cons*
SAFETY issues.
The bus we took to Genting was not road worthy. It wandered from side to side now and then. A clear sign that the suspension system was faulty and due for urgent repair. I checked with the driver and he confirmed that there was an issue with the suspension. Fortunately for us the driver, a Malay gentleman, is a deft and careful driver. Whenever the bus wandered off track he would skilfully brought it back to line and that saved us the day and the ditch. With a lesser driver at the helm the result may be less desirable.
The bus we took on the way back 'felt' mechanically sound. The Driver may be skillful but his tailgating habit of putting pressure on the vehicles infront and some speeding made the journey back a little on the edge ... dangerous.
Outsourcing for mechanically sound and road worthy buses and safe drivers must be paramount. We hope Singatour will take heed and make safety mandatory. We look forward to an even better experience on our next trip of 3rd April. It will be proof of the pudding.

Very impressed with their 5 day Taiping, Penang, Ipoh and Malacca tour. The food was generous and generally very good. Itinerary was interesting. Will definitely book all future trips with Singatour.
