SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse stands as a vibrant riverside dining destination at Clarke Quay, where the name SQUE (pronounced "skew") playfully references their rotisserie skewer specialties while overlooking the picturesque Singapore River. Part of the renowned Emmanuel Stroobant Group of Restaurants since July 2011, this casual bistro has established itself as a convivial gathering spot for executives, families, and large groups seeking a relaxed atmosphere with exceptional food and drinks.
The restaurant excels in global rotisserie cuisine, with their tender Spring Chicken being the standout specialty - so perfectly roasted that the meat slides effortlessly from the bone. Their diverse menu spans from hearty sharing platters featuring beef steak cubes, meatballs, onion rings, and signature prawn-paste chicken wings, to refined options like the richly flavored Sque Bites striploin with Dijon mustard and artisanal pizzas topped with Roma tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil. The weekday set lunch at S$19.90 and kids menu at S$12 make it accessible for business lunches and family dining alike.
SQUE truly shines with its impressive beverage program, boasting 11 draught beers and over 250 bottle selections from around the world, making it a beer enthusiast\s paradise. Their generous happy hours run from 11:30am to 7pm and 9pm to 11pm on weekdays, extending to all day on weekends, creating the perfect environment for unwinding by the river. The restaurant\s modern outdoor seating along the Singapore River, combined with friendly professional service and reasonable pricing, has earned it a 4.3-star rating on TripAdvisor and recognition as one of Singapore\s top dining destinations for those seeking quality food with stunning waterfront ambiance.
1 for 1 drink during off peak, which they marked up the price for a cup $19 for one 500ml of paulauner .
Mojito 1for 1 at $21.
Fries is not as crispy as I would like it to be. Truffle sauce is nice though.
Service is fast n efficient. And actively catching passerby.

This is a great spot for casual dining with a lively riverside view. The menu offers a wide range of options, and they have great set lunch offerings.
They also have good variety of happy hour drink menu. Service is friendly, though it can get a bit slow. Overall, a great lunch spot!

I've come to this place on Friday evening, the happy hour deal is pretty great I must say. Food was of good quality and delivered pretty fast. there is quite big voice of beer also, so you can find something to your liking. the place is outdoors but doesn't feel to hot next to the river

Awesome place to stop for a few good drinks and a bite to eat. We were in transit in Singapore and went here for a couple of hours. The service was exceptional. The staff were courteous in considering where to sit us to not be in the sun. The drinks are 1 for 1, they bring you your second drink without even having to wait. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. We had the spring chicken and NZ beef sirloin. Good value for money. I would recommend.

4 stars but don’t order the burger. Pre-frozen patties not fully cooked and processed cheese = awful. Chicken skewers are tasty, friendly staff, nice view of the river.
