The pandan butterfly is a delightful $1 snack that always brightens up my day when I manage to get hold of it. It sells fast so I always get a warm fritter.

I saw on Google review that here sell pandan butterfly and decided to give it a try. And I am hooked by the taste. The pandan fragrant is very nice and soft with the seasame bits on top. Best eaten when it is just fry out. Price is $1 for everything. Nice and cheap and good food ! Every week Saturday without fail will visit the stall with my mother to buy. The lady boss is very friendly too. Love to joke with me also hahaha. They recognise me cos every week I and my mother will come.

Bought the pandan butterflies to try. Perhaps my taste buds are dull, can't really pick up the panda taste. However the freshness of the fried dough was good enough as I don't eat too much daily. Would be back to try my normal bites!

The proprietress helped me extra because I looked like the lost visitor I was. She pointed me to the freshly fried Pandan Butterflies. I ordered 2 for $2 SGD. Tasty like freshly fried treats should be. Hawker center atmosphere. I could smell the fish from the wet market 2 floors below.

I love their red bean "hum chim peng", delicious and for a price of $1 each, definitely worth the buy. The queue, if any, is fast moving and they have an interesting pandan 'butterfly', which I felt was rather similar to the normal "butterfly" Still i feel it is definitely worth the purchase.

The pandan butterfly here is really good, super crispy on the exterior due to it being loaded with sesame seeds which made it really fragrant as well. Although it doesn't have much of a pandan taste, it didn't matter to me as it still taste better than the other butterflys out there. Their other offerings are also pretty good though they are priced a little more expensive than other similar stalls in this food centre.

This has to be the best fried dough stalls I’ve ever tasted. There are 3 types of flat doughs: with cinnamon, green bean paste, red bean paste, together with pandan sesame butterfly fritters and yu tiao( similar to churros - just bigger and fatter). We tried all except the yu tiao because they were sold out. You will see customers visiting them constantly and the specialty for me is the pandan sesame butterfly fritters because they are crispy and tasty on the outside, covered with loads of sesame seeds and soft on the inside. It’s a must if you only have space for one piece. And the price is the lowest in the whole of Singapore!!

So far one and only pandan bufferfly I have ever had in Singapore. It’s a natural colour that came from pandan leaves. Best go with coffee or tea! Crispy and fragrance

Update : pandan butterfly only available aft 8am. The others slowly ready bet 730am. --- For the pandan butterfly alone .... it is 10 stars. Quality and fragrant. Ate it while it is hot. You tiao and lian Rong hum chee peng good too. But nothing as good as pandan butterfly. If not eating other food, an adult can eat at least 3. Yum yum yum. Oh ... when we q, there was not much pple coz the pandan butterfly is sold out. Next batch 40mins. But it's worth the wait. Seems that new batch can serve 100.

The pandan butterfly was fluffy and sprinkled with lots of sesame seeds. I couldn’t taste the pandan flavour and the bright green colour didn’t look natural. Cash only.
