Jolene is really understanding and caring! She would constantly check up on me, which is a really nice gesture. Her replies are really prompt as well so you do not have to worry that she may go MIA. Shah was really helpful from the start. He explained the job details clearly and reminded me what to bring and wear, which made me feel more prepared. On the day of the event, he was even there in person to help orientate me and the other temps, making sure we knew where to go and what to do. Throughout the job, if there were any changes or questions, he was just a message away and always replied quickly. I felt well-supported the whole time. Really thankful for his guidance and patience!
