Needed a visa for my helper to enter m’sia and my wife decided to go to Trans-wind (TW) at people’s park. Attended by a staff name Lily. This is the worse decision we ever made ! It’s a long planned, highly looked forward and exciting trip for our 3 kids, our 80 years old parents and of course ourselves and even my helper, for school holiday. Every parents were know how it feels annd how important this meant to them. But our high spirit slammed to the ground when we realised we face a refusal of entry by M’sia custom due to a typo error on my helper’s name in the visa. My wife called Lily who processed the application for us and guess what! Without hesitation, she pointed her finger at Malaysia Visa approval department ! Reason being she submitted the application with a copy of my helper’s WP, so is she saying she didn’t make any mistake ? ! So to her it’s Msia side who had made the mistake! We were extremely impressed by how low her EQ is, how irresponsible, and how shamelessly self protective she behaved by pushing the blame to another department in another country. Shouldn’t be doing a detail check when u receive all visa, tickets or documents be your company’s SOP ? Or ant least before informing clients that it’s ready ? Or trans-wind prefer do it the lazy way by checking randomly thinking god of luck will always be on your side ?? Does TW knows that they are actually putting your clients’ well being and important travel plans at risk ! And base on this, it shows that TW is a company with a very low level of responsibility, or without any. Below are my damages :- - Fees collected by this TW to sabotage us - Wasted 3 days of my annual leaves - 3 nights of accommodation booking down the drain - Emotional burden u need to bear when we broke our promises to our three kids and causing them all the disappointments - Turning down of numerous appointments which will generate some income for the family ** My only small consolation is that we decided not to book Legoland tickets in SG 1st. To all travellers , if u were searching for Trans-wind Travel’s address, contact or review online and happen to read this feedback by chance, please think 3X before going to TW, there’s 100 other better agencies around the area. Because when u n ur loved ones got sabotaged by TW, u will be facing the challenges, the consequences alone for days, maybe months or even years depending on how important and the purpose of your trip. Think about the scenario, so what if u call the agency at the custom? Likely after hearing your issue on the phone, the staff would pretend to be really helpful by giving you some non constructive suggestions which obviously ain’t going to work. She does all that as she needs to put up a show right before u finally give up and say to her: “ ok la ok la, I don’t have a choice “and hang up the phone helplessly? After hanging up, she might still be lying on her bed and try to get more sleep, or sipping her aromatic coffee and eating her breakfast, joking with her colleagues and talking about what to have for lunch later. No matter what she’s doing, your disaster doesn’t have much to do with her, except it was created by her ! To all, this is not a fake review, TW can challenge me if u like to tell readers it’s fake. I’m sharing this experience so that more will know how this agency works and there were be lesser victims like us, paying for TW’s mistake.
