The food was decent (as in it was edible) but i refuse to believe ALL OF THIS WAS $60. The service was okay.
They served the food at a decent pace and they were welcoming. However, some staff welcoming such as opening my can drink for me which i did not ask for. (i found it a bit gross).
The thing that irked me was that they charged for wet tissues which doesn't happen in other hot pot restaurants.
They also charged us condiments when we didn't take any.
They also didn't add soup in time when the water level was low. The pot burned and the tomato pot became barbecue flavoured.

Food wise, the soup base is good, the condiment/sauce selection is varied and the dishes are good too.
We came in as a big group of 10 and wanted a room. We could get one but the too smelled musty so the experience kinda sucked there.
The service staff were attentive and helpful but couldn’t help too much with the musty smell in the room. The tables outside were too small to fit the group though the smell was okay

I went in curious about the tomato broth and left a complete convert. It's a brilliant option for anyone who wants a flavorful, rich hotpot experience without the intense heat. It's also a family-friendly choice that I imagine would be a hit with kids. The quality of the ingredients and the thoughtful service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
I will 100% be back, and the tomato base will be my first choice! Highly recommend giving it a try.

I am a big hotpot fan and I love their soup base. It’s one of the best soup I ever had, but I find their ingredients and vegetable not as fresh as other big hotpot establishments. Condiments is decent at $4 but don’t expect a lot of side dishes. the place is well kept, clean and service was great. Will recommend.

Had a great experience at this hotpot restaurant. The service was attentive and efficient, making the meal more enjoyable. The promotion they offered was fantastic, 2 types of veges and meats for just $6 each!
We also received 2 soup bases for free, which added even more variety to the meal. The soups were rich and tasty, complementing the fresh ingredients perfectly. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone craving a good hotpot.

Really yummy soup bases (collagen and nourishing chicken soup are both flavourful and rich), fresh and tender. Good and attentive service too. Good for family or group of friends gathering (4pax)
